Returns and Refunds
Non-Faulty: We really hope you will love your new item(s) from SAOI Cosmetics! Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products SAOI Cosmetics sell we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on non-faulty items for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty: If you have received a SAOI Cosmetics product that is faulty/damaged, firstly, we apologise profusely and want to make it right. Please send photos of the faults/damage to info@saoicosmetics.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once the damage/fault is assessed we will ship a new order within 3 working days. Once the replacement order has been shipped we will update you with the delivery estimate.
Postage: SAOI Cosmetics will incur the cost of postage on a faulty item.
